Training both mechanics and end users to look after and fix bikes is very important and has two main aims. Make sure the bikes last a long time and keep the running costs to a minimum.

Afribike Training in South Africa

Men and women getting training with Afribike, which was in bike mechanic skills, as well as shop keeping and book keeping.

Ghana Training - Village Bicycle Project

The Village Bicycle Project (VBP) has a focus on training end users, as well as promoting bicycle specific tools. The white man is an American, David Peckham, the founder. This workshop is in Kusawgu.
